Cancellation Policy

Photo Book Design Policy. Scope of Work. Photo Book Design includes the full process of preparing your final images into a professionally arranged photo book. This covers: Curated image selection support. Thoughtful layout creation. Seamless compilation using professional-grade print tools. Coordination of print and delivery logistics. Design is approached with attention to flow, balance, and visual storytelling. You don’t need to worry about technical steps or navigating clunky platforms—it's handled for you. Image Requirements. If the photos were not taken by me, all submitted images must be high-resolution (HD quality) and come with explicit printing rights granted. I reserve the right to decline or request replacements for images that do not meet quality or licensing standards. Design Fee. Flat design fee: $XXX. Includes photo curation and layout for up to 40 pages. Additional pages, upgrades, or rush orders may incur extra costs. Process & Timeline. After photo submission or session, we’ll review images together or I’ll propose a curated set. Design begins upon your approval of the selected images. Typical turnaround: 7–10 business days. Revisions. One complimentary round of layout refinements included. Major changes or image swaps after design approval may result in additional fees. Delivery. Final product is a printed photo book shipped directly to your address. Physical characteristics (cover type, paper stock, format) are selected for aesthetics, quality, and availability—these are not customizable. Shipping fee not included in the design price. Creative Control. The creative direction and design flow are handled entirely in-house for consistency and quality. Client input is welcome during image approval; however, the technical aspects of the layout and ordering process are not open for collaboration. Final Notes. This is a hands-off service so you can relax while I take care of the complex and frankly frustrating bits.
